S.I.M Enterprise Internet & Voucher Management Platform

S.I.M Enterprise needed a secure and scalable platform to replace a fragmented internet voucher workflow with one centralized system. The platform needed to handle customer registration, wallet balances, virtual account funding, voucher serial allocation, multiple service locations, transaction tracking and staff operations while keeping sensitive administrative and payment functions protected. The project also required reliable payment webhook processing, prevention of duplicate wallet credits, secure password recovery and a mobile-friendly interface suitable for everyday customer and staff use.

KiruDev Technologies developed a Laravel-based platform with separate interfaces for customers, attendants and administrators. Customers can register, select their service location, maintain an optional house/hotspot profile, fund their wallet, receive a dedicated virtual account, purchase available internet voucher plans and securely download issued voucher details. The administration system provides customer wallet monitoring, combined wallet statistics, full transaction details, voucher plan and serial management, location and hotspot management, staff management, Paystack and Billstack payment configuration and operational reporting. A dedicated attendant panel was also implemented to allow authorized staff to sell vouchers and monitor assigned-location sales without exposing sensitive administrative or financial settings. Security features include encrypted payment gateway credentials, verified Billstack webhooks, idempotent wallet crediting, role-based access control, secure single-use password reset links, 30-minute reset expiry, rate limiting, session invalidation and PHPMailer SMTP notifications.
